3 ounces bourbon*
1 ounce cinnamon whiskey*
*substitute apple cider for bourbon and whiskey for non-alcoholic version

To a sauce pan, add the chopped apple, water, cinnamon, cinnamon sticks, and maple syrup. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for three minutes to soften the apples.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the tea bag. Allow the tea to steep for three minutes. Remove the tea bag.

Add the bourbon and cinnamon whiskey (or apple cider if non-alcoholic). Stir to combine. Divide into two heat-safe mugs. Garnish with the boiled apples and cinnamon sticks.

Sip slowly and enjoy.

Cherry Almond Cocktail

makes one cocktail

Here’s what you will need:

2 ounces half-and-half
Dipped cherries for garnish

Guinness Float Shake

Makes one float shake

1 bottle Guinness Stout Beer, chilled

2 cups ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, or coffee)

Chocolate syrup, optional garnish

Float: Add a cup of ice cream to a glass. Then, slowly pour half of the Guinness over the top of the ice cream. (It will fizz and bubble so pouring slowly is a must.) Drizzle with chocolate syrup and serve with a straw. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make a second float.

Shake: To a blender, add the ice cream and Guinness. Blend until smooth. Pour in to a glass. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and serve with a straw.
