1. Eligibility:
- The giveaway is open to participants aged 18 and older and residing in the United States at the time of entry. Employees of Brilliant Bridal and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Customers who visit a Brilliant Bridal location and purchase a gown within the giveaway entry period (January 3rd through January 31st) are eligible to enter. In this case, if selected as a winner, Brilliant Bridal will refund the retail price of the dress paid by the customer.
- Participants may only use one instagram account to submit their entry - additional accounts by the same participant will not be counted.
- No purchase is necessary to enter, making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
2. Entry Period:
- The giveaway entry period begins on January 3rd, 2024 and ends on January, 31st, 2024. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
- Participants must refer to the Giveaway Post on the @whitedressoptional Instagram account for rules to enter.
- Participants must complete ALL entry requirements and submit any proof requested by the giveaway sponsor for their entry to be counted in the official drawing.
- Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received per participating Brilliant Bridal location.
4. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries using a random drawing tool or method. The drawing will take place on our Fort Worth Store’s Grand Opening Day, February 1st, 2024 and the winner will be contacted directly via Instagram direct message within 7 days.
- We will select 1 winner per Brilliant Bridal store location for a total of 7 giveaway winners. Store locations as follows: Las Vegas, NV, Phoenix, AZ, Mesa, AZ, Denver, CO, Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Fort Worth, TX.
5. Prize:
- The prize for this giveaway is 1 free wedding dress (approximate retail value between $95-$2,500) to 1 winner per 7 Brilliant Bridal store locations.
- Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty and are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no exchange or substitution of prizes will be accepted.
- Brilliant Bridal is not responsible for any incidental expenses pertaining to dress alterations.
6. How to Claim/Claiming Deadline:
- How to claim: Winner will book an appointment to visit the Brilliant Bridal location indicated in their entry where the prize must be selected during this initial appointment.
- Claiming deadline: The winner will have until December 31st, 2024 to visit the Brilliant Bridal location indicated in their entry and select 1 free wedding dress or the prize will be forfeited.
7. Incidental Expenses
- Participants acknowledge that Brilliant Bridal is not responsible for covering any expenses related to alterations to the prize, including but not limited to sizing adjustments, all alterations costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning the prize. Entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for us to issue an IRS 1099 form on your behalf. You will be required to submit a W-9 for any prize valued over $600.00 USD. A W-9 form will be provided at the appointment and must be completed before leaving the store with the prize.
- Any and all other incidental expenses on prizes not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility.
8. Notification of Winners:
- The winner will be notified through a direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If there is no response, another winner will be selected.
9. Publicity:
- By entering the giveaway, participants grant Brilliant Bridal and White Dress Optional the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. Privacy:
- Participant information will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
11. Instagram Disclaimer:
- This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the giveaway.
12. Compliance with Laws:
- This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
13. Changes to Terms:
- Brilliant Bridal and White Dress Optional reserve the right to modify or terminate the giveaway and its terms and conditions at any time.
