Our brilliant bride Jordan married the love of her life in January at Cannon Green in Charleston, SC. Their wedding was the definition of magical. The bride described the venue as a beautiful combination of traditional Charleston style and modern details. 🌿Their first look was overlooking the Cooper River bridge, with sailboats and seagulls. The ceremony took place in the courtyard with their closest family and friends. And, their reception was filled with yummy food, sweet toasts and lots of dancing.
Jordan said that her Watters dress, “Made me feel so incredibly elegant and confident. I felt like my dress embodied who I am.” We totally agree, just look at that sparkle! ✨
“I would say the highlight of the day was hearing Harrison saying his vows. I had not expected to get choked up, but it was such a strong moment, I couldn't help but to start to tear up. Harrison then said, "now don't be doing that" while starting to tear up himself. It was the perfect way to break up the emotional moment and caused the entire wedding to laugh. It described our relationship so incredibly well and was a perfect balance for our ceremony. " -Jordan
We also asked Jordan if she had any advice for future brides. She said:
“My advice to future brides would be make your wedding what you want! For example, I'm not a big sweets person and I personally do not like wedding cake. Due to this, I decided not to have a wedding cake! Instead, we put that money towards a coffee bar at the end of the night (I LOVE coffee) so we could keep the party going. If a specific "tradition" doesn't match with your style, change it!” 🙌
